Settlement between Aqa Naqi's daughters and Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, 1858
Shahr Banu Khanum, Bulur Khanum, and Sadr-i Jahan Khanum (the daughters of Aqa Naqi from Mahvizan) transfer all of their parental inheritance from properties in the village of Qajar Abad to Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, the son of Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali Kama’i, in exchange for total of twelve tumans, with each receiving four; it includes a revocation clause.

Sale document of Shah Zaynab Khanum's children, 1809
After the death of Shah Zaynab Khanum, the daughter of Muhammad Yusuf from Masulah and the wife of Asad Bayg Qajar, her children, Mirza ‘Ali Akbar, Fatimah Khanum, Sakinah Khanum, and Asiyah Khanum inherited her share of paternal inheritance (except the undivided properties at Siahvurud village). Mirza ‘Ali Akbar sells their shares to Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, the son of Haji Muhammad Ma‘sum known as Kasmayi, for eighteen thousand dinars on behalf of himself and Fatimah Khanum.

‘Aliyah Khanum and Sakinah Khanum, daughters of the late Haji Isma‘il ‘Arab'uf, give the power of attorney to collect the shares of their inheritance from Haji Muhammad Husayn Aqa to Aqa Mirza Abu Turab. On the margin, Fatimah Sultan Khanum, daughter of Haji Ibrahim ‘Arab'uf, has also given the power of attorney over her paternal inheritance to Aqa Mirza Abu Turab.

Aqa Muhammad, the son of ‘Aziz from Khvurasgan, claims that he inherits four-sixth of the house known as Talar in Khvurasgan, but Bibi Nisa’, Mihr Nisa’, and Baygum Khanum, the daughters of Aqa Muhammad Baqir, deny this. ‘Aliyah Khanum's affidavit, 1931
‘Aliyah Khanum asks for the testimony of the people who have knowledge of her father Haji Isma‘il Aqa ‘Arab's belongings. She wants their testimony regarding Haji Isma‘il's partnership with his brother, Haji Muhammad Husayn ‘Arab, who is now in possession of Haji Isma‘il's inheritance after his death, and lists the following as her father's seven inheritors: Zahra Khanum, Taj Khanum, ‘Aliyah Khanum, Sakinah Khanum, Ahmad Aqa, ‘Ali Aqa, and Muhammad Baqir.

Petition regarding Rubabah's and Zulaykha's inheritance
Sadiq ibn Muhammad writes to Hujjat al-Islam Haj Mirza ‘Abd al-‘Ali Aqa: after the death of Mashhadi ‘Isa, the brother of Haj Sadiq and Haj Musa, he was survived by his two underage daughters, Rubabah and Zulaykha, and left no will. Sale agreement of Haji Na’ib's inheritors, 1886
Mirza Musa, son of Muhammad Qulikhan, settled part of his father's inheritance, located in Fuman, to Haj Na’ib Salih from Fuman in exchange for his father's debt of seventy-three tumans. According to this agreement, the inheritors of Haji Na’ib, his nephews Aqa Akbar and Haji Zayn al-‘Abidin, sell the mentioned property to Haji Sayyid Razi in exchange for four tumans.
